Steel Wheels took the Rolling Stones across North America in 1989. The design on this jacket remembers that tour through its distinctive wheel artwork, blue lettering and Pontiac Silverdome inscription. December 9 and 10, 1989 are part of the original design reference, rather than a list of every tour stop.
